Slowing Down
In our fast-paced world, we rarely give ourselves permission to slow down. We move from one thing to the next, rarely pausing to check in with ourselves, to feel what we're actually feeling, to remember who we really are.
Suspended in Time is a container designed to interrupt that pattern. Through a carefully curated blend of yoga, conscious breathwork, somatic practices, and creative expression, you'll have space to reconnect with yourself, shed what no longer serves you, and remember the clarity and authenticity that lives within you.
Over five days you'll join a intentional group of like-minded people on a shared journey of self-discovery. What emerges is genuine connection, creative breakthroughs, and the sense that you've come home to yourself.

While this retreat isn’t strictly ‘unplugged,’ we encourage a mindful relationship with technology. To support deep presence and connection, we require no phones during workshops or meals. Throughout the week, we invite you to leave your phone in your room or use it with intention. This guideline comes from years of experience hosting retreats and witnessing the power of true presence. Wi-Fi will be available in designated areas, but we encourage you to embrace this time to disconnect from devices and reconnect with yourself.
Visa requirements depend on your nationality. If you’re traveling from the EU, US, UK, Canada, or Australia, you can enter Italy visa-free for short stays. However, we recommend checking with your local embassy or consulate for the most up-to-date entry requirements.
Check in starts at 3pm on the retreat start date. The retreat officially starts at 5pm. Plan to be at the venue early to settle in and join us for the welcoming, opening ceremony and dinner. Checkout is by 10am.
We believe in the power of personal growth and the importance of making such opportunities accessible to those who might not have the privilege to travel abroad or afford the full cost. By offering a scholarship, we aim to foster inclusivity and support individuals passionate about their personal development journey. To apply, simply complete the application form.
Yes, we’ve intentionally built in downtime for rest and integration. However, this is a fully immersive experience, designed as a closed container to support deep transformation. For this reason, all participants will remain on the property for the duration of the retreat. If you'd like to explore the area's beauty and energy, I recommend arriving a few days early or extending your stay after the retreat to fully enjoy Italy at your own pace.
