Private sessions | HOW IT WORKS
Each 60-minute session begins with grounding and intention-setting, followed by 40-50 minutes of conscious connected breathing guided by music and verbal cues.
You’ll be fully supported throughout the process, whether in a 1:1 private setting or a group experience, with time for integration afterward.
Breathwork sessions can be held online or in person.

BREATH
Breathwork is one of the most direct ways to access your body’s innate intelligence.
Through conscious connected breathing, we move beyond the thinking mind and open a doorway into the subconscious, where emotions, memories, and energy that have been held in the body can be released.
This continuous breathing in and out through the mouth bypasses the mind’s tendency to control or analyze. Instead, it awakens the body’s natural wisdom and allows what’s been stored to surface, sometimes as emotion, sometimes something else.
Each session is different, some feel expansive and euphoric, others deeply cathartic and tender, yet every journey leads back to the same place: the truth that lives within you.
As we breathe, layers begin to soften. The nervous system resets. The body starts to trust again.

gROUP SESSIONS
There’s something powerful about breathing together. Wherever I am in the world, I offer weekly group sessions to bring the community together through the collective energy of the breath.
Currently based in Ibiza, I guide a Monday evening session each week, breathing outdoors on the wellness deck, surrounded by nature. It’s a space to release, reconnect, and feel held in community.
Sometimes the most powerful answers come in silence, stillness, listening to the body.
Facilitation & Collaborations
I collaborate with retreat hosts, festivals, and conscious companies to bring breathwork to larger groups and team environments.
These sessions are designed to create connection, emotional release, and nervous system harmony within shared spaces, whether in nature, on a stage, or inside a boardroom.

Yes. Most sessions are held online via Zoom, and they’re equally powerful as in-person work. You just need a quiet space where you can be comfortable and undisturbed.

No. While this work can feel therapeutic, it’s not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment. My approach is coaching-based, trauma-informed, and focused on personal transformation and self-connection.
